Preferred Communities is satisfying the needs of communities that are looking for full service and quality community management at competitive pricing. It is very important that each of our communities reflect our motto “Loving Where You Live” every day. This includes the overall appearance, the financial well-being, the day to day operations and the feeling of community in the Association, of which, the management company is a part. We pride ourselves on a level of commitment that makes you feel like you’re our only client, and real-person response whenever you call.
What makes us successful is our Community Managers work directly with the homeowners and Board of Directors. The principal role of our Community Managers is to act in a reasonable manner and exercise proper business judgment in all areas. We will never supersede the Board’s power in the community, rather, we will advise the Board of proper business judgment.
Preferred Communities is a member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers). All Community Managers are guided to achieve their CAAM® (Certified Arizona Association Manager), CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS® (Association Management Specialist) certifications. Our managers actively participate in continuing education courses including vendor sponsored lunch and learn seminars to keep up to date on the latest changes in the industry. Therefore, we provide our Community Managers the best technology, training, and mentoring in order to make them successful and extremely effective.
Our Community Managers support in creating a welcoming neighborhood environment by encouraging and assisting with planning community events. We will guide or plan the community events with your Social Committee or Board Members. Successful social events held to date include Annual Easter Egg Hunts, Movie in the Park, summer water events, Holiday Light Contests, Hayrides, and Fall Festivals with entertainment & games. Alan and Korin were instrumental in their own community by receiving the “Spirit of Mesa” award back in 2004 for outstanding events & community building.
